I’m a globally certified trauma healer with a Master’s in Neuroscience and Trauma — but more importantly, I’ve walked the same path as so many gifted, heart-led, purpose driven creators who feel stuck even though they’re doing everything "right."

I had the clients. $118k+ of credentials. But still... something wasn’t working. Clients would shut down in session. I’d find myself overcompensating, staying late, trying to “fix” it. And I was exhausted, doubting if I was even good enough to charge more. I kept asking: Why, if I’m so qualified, am I still struggling to scale, to lead, to make the impact I know I’m here for?

So I did what high-achievers do: I tried everything. I studied every modality I could find — EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Hypnotherapy, Polyvagal Theory, Spiritual Embodiment… you name it.

Until I realized the body was the only place the real answer could be found. I created a trauma-informed, somatic approach that helps practitioners restore safety in the body, rewire subconscious blocks, and reconnect with the voice of the Creator within - so they can raise their rates, get better client results, and step into the work their soul was made for. Now I teach others how to do the same so you can lead like the healer you truly are.
